So far as the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that issue in respect of award of bonus marks to the candidates having experience from other States other than the State of Rajasthan has been considered in the case of Ashok Kumar Saini & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. [S.B.Civil Writ petition No.13230/2018] decided on 26.11.2018 and further upheld by the Division Bench in the case of Shiv Kumar Meena & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. [D.B.Special Appeal (Writ) No.42/2019] vide order dated 28.02.2019, this court finds that the Single Bench of this court decided the writ petition in view of the judgment passed by this court in the case of Mahesh Kumar Yadav & Ors. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Anr. (supra) and judgment passed by the Division Bench in the case of Jagdish Prasad & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (supra).
