6. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that interim order is operating in the present LPA. Patna High Court L.P.A No.291 of 2020(9) dt.24-03-2025 4/4 Secretary and Ors. Versus Prem Chopra reported in 2022 LiveLaw (SC) 378 (Para-24) and in the case of Kalabharati Advertising vs Hemant Vimalnath Narichania & Ors. reported in (2010) 9 SCC 437 (Para-15 & 24). Accordingly, the interim order granted in the present lis ceases as on this day.

We have noticed co-ordinate Bench decision dated Patna High Court L.P.A No.291 of 2020(9) dt.24-03-2025 3/4 25.04.2024 passed in CWJC No.4165 of 2015 in the case of Cachar Supari Centre and Anr. vs. The Union of India and Ors., in which the learned co-ordinate Bench has taken note of powers of Benches as per the rules of High Court at Patna, 1916 in Chapter 2 by Rule-2(g) and proceeded to held that writ petition Tax/Custom matter with the certain rider that the matter is required to be adjudicated by Division Bench.
