1. The learned counsel for the petitioner, drawing reference to the
Order dated 23.08.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in
CRL.REF. 1/2022, titled Court on its own motion v. State of NCT of
Delhi & Anr., submits that, as similar issue is pending before the
Supreme Court in W.P.(C) 795/2019 titled as Prof. Ruma Purkait v.
Union of India & Ors., the present petition be adjourned sine die.
