The present revision has been filed against the order dated 01.09.2022 passed by learned Additional Judge, Court No. 2, Agra in Complaint Case No. 8794 of 2014, Old Case No. 1543 of 2009 (Ashok Kumar vs. Rajkumar @ Raju), as well as order dated 11.10.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 11, Agra in Criminal Appeal No. 104 of 2022 (Raj Kumar @ Raju vs. State of U.P. and another), under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, P.S. Achhnera, District-Agra, whereby the learned trial Court convicted the accused / revisionist and sentenced him to one year simple imprisonment with fine of Rs. 3,44,000/- and in default of payment of fine, the accused / revisionist shall further undergo four months simple imprisonment.
