1. Mr. Himanshu Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioners, states
that the respondents in the present case are Unitech Limited and its
subsidiaries. As far as Unitech Limited is concerned, Mr. Chopra points
out that by an order dated 20.01.2020 in Civil Appeal No. 10856/2016
[Bhupinder Singh vs. Unitech Ltd,], the Supreme Court has inter alia
