Therefore,
without much elaboration, it would be suffice to say that even if it
is accepted that it is not a matter of lack of jurisdiction under
Article 226 / 227 of Constitution of India, still it would be a
matter of propriety and judicial discipline, which has been
discussed in the judgment of the Full Bench referring to the
judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Kartar Singh v. State of
Punjab (supra).
