in nature, investigation is complete and charge sheet has been filed,
victim was also discharged from the hospital after four days of
treatment and also looking to the fact that the applicants are young
persons of 22 and 19 years of age and the final conclusion of the trial
is likely to take long sufficient time. I deem it proper to release the
applicants on bail. Therefore, without commenting upon the merits of
the case, the bail application is allowed.
