2. Although pleadings in the OAs are voluminous, learned counsels
for the parties agree that the issue has already been settled

Court-2 OA No. 1126/2016 and batch
conclusively by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Tribunal vide OA No.
1588/2015 along with OA No. 1561/2015. They further submit that in
some other identical OAs, the order of this Tribunal dated 28.04.2022
in the aforementioned two OAs has been the guiding factor in
disposing of the OAs bearing similar subject. The consistent
directions of this Tribunal have been that the matter of appropriate
fixation of pay and allowances of the applicants be determined and
decided in accordance with the order dated 28.04.2022. However, it
has further been recorded that the said order has been put to challenge
before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in Writ Petition (C) No.
1695/2023, Union of India & Ors. vs. Prashant Kulkarni & Ors.
