Let me now proceed to determine whether the plaintiff is entitled to the reliefs he has sought in respct of the suit pathway as an easement of necessity under S. 13(e) of the Act in the light of the law enunciated in the mentioned decisions and the subse-quent material collected pursuant to the two orders of this Court referred to above.
