This was a case of a trade union leader who had taken up issues
and grievances of the labourers and was leading them in
LPA No.693/2016 Page 2 of 5
demonstrations. For several reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.5
& 6 of the said decision, the show cause notice issued was
quashed. Reference was to the facts of the said case. Principle and
ratio applied, would not be binding and applicable to the present
case.
