(supra), Asharfi (supra), Ashok Kumar-II (supra), Kashmir Singh (supra)
and Thakarsibhai Devjibhai (supra), all rendered by Hon'ble Supreme
Court of India, the judgments in Santokh Singh's case (supra) and Ashok
Kumar's case (supra) deserve to be followed and the same can be safely
made the basis for assessing the market value of the acquired land.
