It was pointed out in Ram Singh v. Gram Panchayat, MehalKalan, AIR 1986 SC 2197 = [1986] 4 SCC 364, that when by a special statute rights have been created and jurisdiction of the Court has been barred then the jurisdiction of the 535 Court to try such suits has been taken away.
