"7. The above report reveals that sincere and time-bound efforts are
required by JMC to set up a proper drainage system and prevention of
discharge of untreated sewage to the storm water drain. Immediate
action is required in compliance of the direction of Hon'ble Supreme
Court in the matter of Paryavaran Suraksha vs. Union of India in W.P.
No. 375/2012, reported in (2017) 5 SCC 32, order dated 22.02.2017."
