In the present case, for the reasons already discussed, and particularly in
light of the decision of this Court in Jay Pratap Singh v. Union of India
(supra), the Court finds no justification for denying the present Petitioner
the notional fixation of the seniority as AC from 8th November 2011, the

date on which his juniors were so promoted.
