15. It has been held in the ratio laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court in Corn Products Refining Co. v. Shangrila Food Products Limited that the court has to address the question whether the two marks are likely to give rise to confusion or not. In the considered opinion of this court, the trade mark used by the respondents in the consumer packages does not give rise to any scope for deception or confusion.
