Under the
circumstances, it has to be assumed as also held in the case of
Ravinder Kaur Grewal (supra) that she had the antecedent titled in
the property. In view of this law, as settled by Hon'ble Supreme
Court, it does not amount to transfer and therefore, does not attract the
bar under Section 14 (6) of DRC Act. In my opinion, Ld. ARC has
rightly dismissed the application. There is no merit in the appeal,
same is thereby dismissed.
