that in a medical shop at village Jhawwari Hat,
intoxicated medicine Codeine syrup is being sold illegally,
accordingly the informant reached the place of occurrence ... made out as allegation is of
recovery of 21 bottles of codeine syrup containing Codeine.
Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on an order passed
allegation is of
recovery of 12 litres of Onerex cough syrup (Codeine Phosphate
and Triprolidine Hydrochloride) from Krishna Kumar, who was
apprehended and disclosed ... have any evidentiary value. It is
also submitted that even codeine syrup was recovered from
Krishna Kumar.
5. Learned A.P.P. Sri Chandra Bhushan
allegation is of recovery of 1198 litres of
codeine syrup from a pick-up vehicle and Sanjay along with
Sonu were arrested and Sanjay disclosed ... that Sanjay along with Sonu were
apprehended with 1198 litres of codeine syrup. It is further
submitted that Sanjay disclosed that he was transporting
petitioner, as the allegation of recovery of 291.900
litres of codeine syrup from a pick up van packed in 20 cartoons
and the name
police and was seized on the allegation that 291
litres of Codeine Syrup kept in 20 cartons were found in the said
vehicle
received secret information that
petitioner along with his associates have kept codeine syrup in
large quantity in room no.7 of rented lodge of Dinesh ... Rahul and Surendra, while two accused fled and
3538 bottles of codeine syrup of 100 ml each along with 66
bottles of liquor was recovered
gone to the
house of the co-accused for delivering Codeine Syrup and the
Codeine Syrup was recovered from the house of the co-accused
Dharamlal
was raided and 180 bottles of 100 ml each of codeine syrup was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57208 ... seized and Dharamlal was apprehended who disclosed that
syrup was supplied by his maternal nephew, Gulshan, i.e.,
petitioner.
4. The learned senior counsel
gang is Md. Sakil and the petitioner, further 1000 bottles of
codeine syrup of 100 ml each was recovered from the house,
further 600 bottles ... gang is working and is dealing in
business of syrup. It is also submitted that Codeine of late in
absence of liquor is being used
case.
4. Allegation is of recovery of 300 litres of codeine
syrup from outside the house of the petitioner's father
