Tribunal as per Clause 42 of the College Code is concerned, it was argued
that in every case, alternative remedy is no bar moreso where ... College Statute
stating that before terminating his services, prior approval of Executive
Council has not been taken, as per Clause 21 of College Code

take place only in accordance with the provisions of the
College Code Ordinance (No.24) and contract appended
thereto.

14. Ordinance 24 which is titled as the "College Code" came
into effect from the academic session 1967-68 and Article
have already pointed out, the provisions of the 'College Code' in this regard are validly made by the University in exercise ... force and effect of law. It follows, therefore, that the 'College Code' creates legal rights in favour of teachers of affiliated colleges
natural justice and sought protection of the provisions of the "College Code"."
