computing pension was not
attributed to the petitioner and the commutation of pension
cannot be denied at the time of retirement on the ground ... amount for the period of delay. The commutation of pension

superannuation. But the pensionary benefits i.e. Pension, Commutted
Pension and Gratuity etc. were paid after a great delay, that
respondents to release him all the retiral benefits such
as pension, commuted pension, gratuity and GPF etc. alongwith interest @18%
per annum on the delayed ... released/disbursed to the petitioner yet other
retiral dues i.e. pension, commuted pension, gratuity and GPF etc. have not so
far been released
release and pay
all the retiral benefits to him such as pension, commuted pension, gratuity,
GIS that too, along-with interest @ 18% per annum ... released/disbursed the amount due to the petitioner
on account of pension, commuted pension, gratuity and GIS on different
dates. The details of which finds
releasing the regular pension, commutation of pension and DCRG with further
direction to release the regular pension, commutation of pension and DCRG
along-with interest ... that on account of pendency of afore-said
disciplinary proceedings, regular pension, commutation of pension and DCRG
etc have not so far been released
directing the respondents to release the
retiral benefits including pensionary benefits, commuted pension, gratuity,
leave encashment, provident fund under the revised pay scales, arrears ... lapse of more than three months, his retiral
benefits including pension, commuted pension, gratuity, leave encashment,
have not been released/disbursed by the respondent. Learned
Pension Scheme should be determined by
applying the current Table of Commutation of Pension, the age of the
person concerned being taken ... modified pension rules (under para 9(i) (c) of
rules contained in Appendix 1) the pension including
additional pension, under the rules applicable before
mandamus directing the respondents to release his pensionary benefits
including regular pension, commuted pension, gratuity and leave encashment as
well as interest @ 18% per annum
