2014 passed by
the respondents putting the petitioner on compulsory wait. The
petitioner thereby claimed the relief that the respondents be
directed to immediately ... right from 18/6/2007 the
petitioner was kept on 'compulsory wait' without any posting,
promotion, salary, consequential benefits, housing, staff
duty from 5 July 2012 to 12 March 2013 as
"compulsory waiting period".
2. By an order dated 20 June 2012 the petitioner ... application that the period of his absence be treated as compulsory

towards compulsary waiting period in case of T.B. Patient.
3. During pendency of the petition, the petitioner ... dues
towards T.B. leave salary and the salary for compulsory
waiting period. The contention is that these dues were
paid to the petitioner after
employer is to
recognize period from 01.07.2003 till 13.01.2004, as compulsory
waiting period and release his pay accordingly for that period.
