contempt proceedings be not initiated against them on the basis
that inspite ... there would be no basis for this Court to
initiate and continue contempt proceedings against respondents
2 and 3. The proceedings in that regard
passed by learned Tribunal had been complied
with. However, learned Tribunal continued with contempt proceedings on the
premise that provisions of OM dated 12.10.1998 would ... passed by learned Tribunal should be set

10. The order (supra), passed by the learned Single Judge
(Contempt Court) has caused pain to the appellants herein ... left with the Hon'ble
Contempt Court, to thus continue with the contempt petition (supra).
Therefore, they submit that the impugned order dated
