application, Mr. B. Sahoo ... petitioner and
the so called allegation against the petitioner for
engaging contract killer on the request of one

engaged as contract killer to execute the crime and
there being sufficient evidence to implicate
keeping in
view the allegation of killing the deceased as a contract
killer by receiving Rs. 1 Lakh from the co-accused Suresh
Parida
