University to hand over hard copy of the Convocation Certificate
and rectified 5th Semester Marksheet of the Petitioner. The Petition

degree certificate has not been issued to the petitioner. The
degree certificate is required by the petitioner for the job offered ... petitioner is issued with the
provisional degree certificate, however, final degree certificate is
not yet issued as convocation has not taken place

applicant from University of Mumbai in the year 1998-
1999. Said certificate mentioned that the applicant was

Instead of issuing Internship Completion Certificate, Respondent No.5-
College has issued Provisional Internship Completion Certificate dated 3
June 2025 subject to outcome
consider the communication/certificate issued by the
Controller of Examination as a stop gap arrangement by treating
it as a degree certificate. We had requested ... university would submit that convocation ceremony would be
held in the next month and petitioner can get degree certificate
thereafter.
