stated his ignorance about occurrence with only
assertion that the deceased was cremated at due place and declared
hostile and in cross examination ... while she was to be taken to Patna she died and duly cremated.
14. P.W.4, Pramod Kumar Singh, another
companion of the informant
having got the aforesaid information, the informant came and attended the
cremation of deceased but while the cremation was going on, a dispute arose
between ... parties and after that informant left the place of cremation along
with Krishna Bhagwan Chodahry and went to concerned police station and
Patna High Court
courtyard by a Tangi (sharp cutting
weapon) and the body cremated.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
deceased died a natural death ... from the case diary
submits that the body of the deceased was cremated, as
mentioned by the co-villagers.
Learned counsel for the State
time of death of his sister and
participated in her cremation. After cremation of the deceased
present case was lodged stating that ... take any steps after
the death of his sister to stop her cremation rather he participated
in the same and lodged the present case after
husband Bihari Ram was killed on
17.09.2001. However, his dead body was cremated by the police.
Subsequently, after knowing the fact regarding the death
record as annexure-6 to the petition. The victim was subsequently
cremated on 5.8.2012. It is further contended that some of the co-
accused persons
requested
the authorities for handing over the body after postmortem for its
cremation.
The circumstances aforementioned led to the filing of the
claim case
account of non-payment and her body was
disposed of by cremating her.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that the
allegation is false, the girl

participated in the cremation of the deceased but later on, a dispute
arose between the parties
made information to the victim's father and on
whose presence cremation was done on 14.06.2012 but
the First Information Report was lodged
