but in spite of performing any program, they tried to outrage
Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, in course of watching a dance
program near a temple, the hot exchange of words had taken
place between
prosecution story, the allegation is that
there was a dance program at the village school premises where
the accused persons came in an intoxicated condition
persons and other
associates made indiscriminate firing during course of the dance
program in which one dancer sustained firearms injury.
