respondent's contentions that the claims
are time barred and deadwood, the counsel opposed the same

l. The counsel contended that by reason
narrow exception carved out was that Courts
could adjudicate to ‘cut the deadwood’. Ultimately the Court held
that the watch word for the Courts ... unless it's a clear case of
deadwood.
