defreeze the accounts of
the petitioner Muktaben which had been seized/debit-freezed by the
concerned I.O. under Section 102 of the Code ... case property i.e. money lying in the bank

3. Aggrieved by the order of the learned
these petitioners are before this Court
challenging the imposition of "debit-freeze", by the 3rd
Respondent, of the bank accounts of these petitioners ... respondent issued a letter dated 19.11.2020
informing the petitioner that the debit-freeze has been placed on
the current accounts of the petitioners in terms
2022 under Section 91 Cr.P.C. directing the Bank to Debit Freeze the Bank Account No. 00880330002032 of applicant until further notice ... consequence of above, aforementioned bank account of applicant stood Debit Freezed.
7. Subsequently, another notice was received by applicant on 25.07.2022 issued by the Investigating
respondent no.1/RBI Ombudsman, the said
two banks have debit freezed the bank accounts of petitioner no.2 /
Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences ... Ombudsman, had debit frozen the bank accounts of HIMSR.
75. It appears both the banks while passing the impugned orders of
debit freezing the bank
