instructions contained in DGDE letter No.
36/1/L/L&C/61 dated 12.2.82 and Govt. of India ... petitioners also relied on the Govt. of
India, Ministry of Defense (DGDE) letter no, 9/5/SC/C/DE dated 14th
July, 1994, which lays
also not involved. The applicant has also submitted a representation to DGDE vide letter dated 20.9.2011 which was received in D.G. Secretariat

DGDE is represented by Shri Prachur Goel ... letter of
22.5.2012 does not appear to have been received by DGDE. However, the letter
dated 23.5.2012 was received and he produces the said letter
Shri Lal submits that the Army Headquarters remits service
charges to DGDE every year. This amount, in turn, is allocated to the
Cantonment Boards ... DGDE. The appellant herein has questioned the policy
of payment of service charges by Army Hqrs. to DGDE. It is Shri Lal's
contention
enable Shri Sachan to get in touch with the concerned officers of
DGDE to assist the Commission.

latter promised to depute an officer to the Commission
