I.A. No. 272 of 2024 before DRAT, Mumbai for waiver of the pre-deposit

the Petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.60 lakhs in 2 installments and placed
time, the Chairperson of DRAT Delhi had
recused from matters arising out of the same proceedings, and the
DRAT Mumbai was vacant. In these circumstances ... transitory administrative situation, namely, the recusal of the
Chairperson, DRAT Delhi, the vacancy at DRAT Mumbai, and the
temporary entrustment of charge of DRAT Mumbai

Mumbai charge is with the Chennai Bench, the
petitioner is not able ... 20th September, 2025 and on the next
day the petitioners approached DRAT, Mumbai.
Learned senior advocate further submitted that
after having approached DRAT, Mumbai
been given to DRAT-Chennai. He states that DRAT-Chennai
has directed the Petitioners to get clarification from this Court that DRAT-
Chennai can hear ... avail alternate remedy before the DRAT, which in this case is
DRAT-Chennai, till the Chairperson, DRAT-Mumbai assumes charge.
