fact that both children died on 7th September 2012 due
drowning in the pits excavated inside the School campus is
not denied ... feet. Both girls admittedly fell
inside the pits and died due to drowning. At around 2.30 pm,
the dead bodies were recovered from the water
premises of death of their husbands on
drowning of a boat, in which, both the deceased persons were
alleged to have moving on the direction ... alleged
employer/opposite party to attend the work. Involving the death
for drowning of the boat, making out a case of employer-
employee relationship

of the Petitioner having died due to asphyxia followed by
drowning after seven years of marriage; on the general allegation

All ER 561). In an interesting case, it was
observed that

drowning is a contributory to the cause of death.
Considering the submissions
opined that the cause of death
was asphyxia as a result of drowning. He further submitted
that the allegation of assault on the deceased
investigation, both the deceased persons
committed suicide by ante mortem drowning.
5. After hearing learned counsel for the State and
considering the circumstances

Considering the submissions made by the
learned counsel for the respective parties
