present petitioners were the landlords of the respondent. A suit for ejectment i.e.
T.S. 15 (K)/2012 was filed by the petitioners against ... dismissal of the Review Petition the
decree was put to execution and ejectment was carried out in pursuance to the execution
proceeding on 20.05.2019. However
vacate the tenanted premises, the
plaintiff respondent shall initiate execution proceeding to eject the defendants
petitioners."
The said six months period as allowed ... vacate the tenanted premises, the opposite parties shall
initiate execution proceeding to eject the applicants from the premises.
With the said observation, this Interlocutory Application
decree under
challenge was already executed thereby ejecting the petitioner tenant from the suit premises.
The said execution order was carried out through
that the premises are in dilapidated conditions, the
landlord initiated proceedings for ejectment of the tenants including the petitioners, by filing
Title Suit ... pending civil suits and also would
come in the way of execution of decree, if any, passed therein. Mr. Sattar has, however, fairly
