The decree was put into execution by launching the ejectment Execution Case no.
168 of 2006. That application for execution is pending since
shall be an order of stay of all further
proceedings in Ejectment Execution Case being no. 149 of 2005 pending
before the learned Judge

in Ejectment Execution Case No.259 of 2006, till 23rd December,
2011, or until further
dated 10.05.2011,

pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division

before the Learned Trial Court below being the Ejectment
Execution Case No. 53 of 2011 may not be taken up on
that
hearing.
