20. We shall first take up the issue of ex-parte interim injunction granted
by the impugned order and the disposal of the Order ... granting interim injunction, which
should have rightly been an ad-interim injunction.
26. Accordingly, while sustaining the grant of ad-interim ex-parte
injunction

injunction preferred by the appellant and consequently,
vacated the ex-parte ad-interim injunction granted earlier on
15.05.2025.
2. The appellant herein ... Court, upon considering the application
for interim relief, was pleased to grant an ex-parte ad-interim
injunction in favour of the plaintiff by order
Interim Application (L) No.9084 of 2026 is filed by Plaintiff
on 11.03.2026 for seeking following Interim reliefs:-
(i) Ex-parte ad-interim injunction restraining ... interim relief which is in terms of
prayer clause 61(b) of the Interim Application which reads thus:-
