59. Extra wages for overtime.—
(1) Where a worker works in a factory for more than nine hours
wages of such person does not exceed the wage limit specified in sub-section (6) of section 1 of the Payment of Wages ... amended from time to time, be entitled to extra wages in respect of overtime work under section 59. (2) The State Government may make rules

26. Extra wages for overtime.—
(1) Where an adult motor transport worker works for more than
