Labour Court directed the petitioner
to calculate the total amount of extra wages of the respondents by
taking into consideration salary of each ... dealt earlier in some of the litigations relating to
payment of extra wages towards working on Saturdays. In the year
1993-94, Punjab State Government
offices of the State of Punjab are
entitled to be paid extra wages or not, for the duty
performed by them on Saturday, which otherwise ... have worked on Saturdays/holiday

In my opinion, the most
petitioners on
Saturdays, they be held entitled to be paid extra wages in terms of the
judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court ... proper computation may be
found entitled to extra wages for each of the
Saturday on which they might have worked
while their colleagues belonging
