undertaking from sellers of fire crackers that they will abide the
directions of MP Govt ... taken from sellers of fire crackers
during the year 2022-23 and thereafter also sampling and testing of fire
crackers has not still been done
complainant who was
a miscreant bursting fire crackers in violation of the ban. He states the
Applicant has been falsely implicated.
9. He states that
Total restrictions on some activities:
(i) DJ sound system will be totally banned
during the procession as well as during daily Aarti in the
