Fodder Scam Cases being tried at
Ranchi, 38 cases have been disposed of.

Fodder Scam Case ... other cases of the Fodder
Scam itself.
4. In view of the above, all the courts trying the Fodder
Scam Cases, are directed to deal
trial of all the cases of conspiracy
involving political leaders and senior bureaucrats in the
cases known as "Fodder Scam Cases ... total 53 Fodder Scam Cases being tried at
Ranchi, 38 cases have been disposed of. In one of the
Fodder Scam Case i.e. RC49
this Court and as already pointed-out, out of total 53
Fodder Scam Cases, 38 cases have already been decided. Now,
during this period ... above, it is reiterated that priority be given to
these Fodder Scam Cases and they shall not be adjourned on
account of taking
been reported to the Court by the Judicial Officers
trying the fodder scam cases that C.B.I. Public Prosecutors and its authority ... view of the aforesaid matter, the persons connected with
the fodder scam cases cannot be permitted to be transferred out of Ranchi.

cumAJC, Civil Court, Ranchi and was in seisin of Lower Bazar P.S.
Case No.208/2010, corresponding ... infamous Fodder Scam cases and therefore, he was supposed to
give priority to the cases of C.B.I and Fodder Scam cases which
join the
duties.
4. The State submitted that in fact, in Fodder Scam case, an F.I.R
was lodged on 25.10.2000 and during investigation
list as first case in Supplementary Cause List so that it
may be taken as first case.
The progress report has been submitted ... submitted that out of 53 Fodder Scam Cases, 43 have
been already decided and that fact has no relevance now as this
fact has been
service, may be extended in view of the pendency of
various Fodder Scam Cases (AHD cases) pending in different C.B.I. Courts at
Ranchi
