"(1) Fire arm wound of entry 2.5 cm x 2.0 cm over left temporal region 8 cm above ... report with human blood. Injury 4A is a gutter shaped wound which could have been caused due to rifle. All the discrepancies pointed
found the following injuries on
her person:-
"A lacerated punctured wound 6 cm x 3.5 cm on the left
side of chest ... side of
chest front side. Margins were inverted.
2. A lacerated gutter shaped wound 4 cm x 4 cm on the
right forearm posterolateral aspect
left for head including left eye.
2. Incised wound 5 cm. x 2 cm. x bone deep on right side of head, 10 cm. above ... about 35 years and following antemortem injuries were found:
1. Gutter shaped fire arm wound 17 cm. x 4 cm. x bone deep on right
wound was 6 cm
deep entering into the abdominal cavity. The wound was
directed anteriorly and to the right.
(d) Incised stab wound ... left. The injury entered into the right paracolic gutter
piercing the peritoneum.
(e) Incised wound 4 cm long with both ends pointed.
There was minimal
assaulted him. The accused have produced
copies of first information and wound certificate relating
to injuries suffered by Marappa Naidu.
5. In the first information ... that accused had dumped him in a gutter and
kicked, trampled him and he became unconscious. The
wound certificate and evidence of PW6 -
Dr.Prasannakumar
following ante-mortem injuries were found by him:
1. Gutter shaped firearm wound of entry and exit united with each other
bone particles and brain tissue come out from
the wound.
(2) Two other chop wounds are present at back of
head on left side.

certificate at Ex P12 would be caused. This supports the defence
circumstances. The fact that the chopper was concealed in the gutter and the
place especially and exclusively known to the accused Anil ... locality might be putting the garbage in the said open gutter
