Osama-Bin-Laden exhorting Muslims to fight against injustice
meted out to Muslims
report which runs into 115 pages, the police officials seized
one hard disc bearing S/R No. 0A39264JPT3MAOCOA, 320 GB from the
office ... CSIDC. On this hard disc, in response to question No. 2
posed by us, it was stated that in all the tender document submitted
present affidavit. It has been stated that one external hard disc was
recovered from the possession of the petitioner and was sent for
FSL examination ... disc was made in China, whereas, the FSL report shows that hard

computer output DATA and after obtaining hard disc from CPU he
took the ash value of the same and seized ... said hard disc.
9. It is pertinent to note here that, the prosecution to prove its
above case has further got examined CW16-Shri Surender
presence of Babu Lal (PW-8) and had taken the hard drive/hard disc
from PW-8 vide Seizure Memo ... prepare the CD from the
hard drive.
42. Babu Lal (PW-8) has also deposed that the hard disc of the CCTV
footage
Commissionerate vide reply dated 13.07.2016, stating that the Compact Discs and Hard Discs were seized from the petitioner's factory by the Directorate General ... seized from the petitioners' factory and the hard discs of computers seized from M/s.V V Iron and Steel company were seized under

Judgment in the
facts of that case that the documents
which were in the hard disc and contained working papers for the
preparation of the Assessee‟s balance ... disputed that the said hard disk also did not
contain any incriminating as the data on the hard disc only
supported the return filed
