contention of the OP saying
that hernia cannot be called a pre-existing disease because hernia is a medical
condition, needing repair of the muscle ... complainant was suddenly admitted to the hospital
and was operated for inguinal hernia problem, which for he paid Rs.34,772/-. The District Forum
patients, reveals that on 20.09.2007 the complainant was
diagnosed of left Inguinal Hernia and was advised operation after one
week. Further as per document ... District Hospital, Raipur, indicates that the
complainant was diagnosed of Left Inguinal Hernia and needed to
undergo operation for the same. The complainant
