10. During the pendency of this appeal, the appellant suffered incisional
hernia for which she visited the Holy Family Hospital on 19th January ... 11th October,
2011. The appellant underwent a surgery for incisional hernia on 02nd July,
2011 at Holy Family Hospital and incurred expenditure of about
