under the exclusive control of Government of Haryana. The service
rendered by petitioner in HSMITC has been mentioned in para
certiorari/mandamus directing the
respondents for counting the previous service rendered in
HSMITC in terms of judgment CWP No.20670 of 2010;

HSMITC, assigned lining work of water course to the
plaintiff. It is also not disputed ... plaintiff. Admittedly, the completion of additional work same
