further deposed
that the patient had stated alleged history of human bite on
right forearm. PW1 further deposed that on examination,
human bite ... bite by accused Parveen Yadav
saying that accused Parveen Yadav gave a teeth bite on the
wrist of Joginder/PW3. The teeth bite further
examination-in-chief that the
injuries could have been caused by human bite, he has
admitted in his cross-examination that he has not mentioned ... bruise is
always accompanied by swelling, an abrasion caused by a
human bite is elliptical or circular in form, and is represented
by separated marks
specifically states that the said abrasions were
possible due to human bite. It has further come in
his evidence that after the examination ... abrasions given by Dr.Feroz (PW 9), i.e. due
to human bite, would strengthen the evidence of
the victim showing involvement of the appellant
strangulation. He pointed out that Dr.
Bharat Gohil (PW 2) noticed human bite injuries on the chest of the
accused. He pointed out that before
nail of right index finger removed by teeth biting.
(iii) Teeth bite mark on left breast.
(iv) One bruise of size ... Doctor that the
injuries referred above are caused by human dental bite but in
my opinion they are human dental bite.
9. Dyamni Binjha
noted following
injuries on his person:-
"(1) He complained of human bite. On examination, a
0.2 cm abrasion with scab was present on proximal
victim girl.
He did local examination of the victim girl and found bite marks
over both the breasts. As he was not expert in forensic ... injuries noted
in Ex.P6 may be caused due to human bite. The chest injuries
cause on both the breasts of the victim girl
complainant had suffered grievous injuries on her two fingers, with
human bite. To prove the MLC, the prosecution had examined PW5, Dr.
Baljeet Singh ... said to be simple and since it
was by human bite therefore, it would have attracted the provision of
Section 324 IPC i.e voluntarily
thereby threat to life to citizens of
Bangalore with Animal Human conflict/dog bites and
accidents.
Defendant No.2 was hired by the plaintiff during
injury sustained was best possible in
the alleged circumstances to be dog bite. PW7 was not cross-examined by
the accused/defence counsel despite opportunity ... human life or any probable danger of grievous hurt from such animal and
as a result of the biting of dog of the accused
