accused / appellants threatened deceased
Shantilal and instigated him to commit suicide. Shantilal committed
suicide due to harassment and abetment of the accused/ appellants.

intention on the part of the accused to drive the deceased to commit
suicide cannot be inferred
therefore, he
has committed suicide. Thus, there was no alternative before
him but to commit suicide and thereby he has committed
