appeals concerned with a gruesome murder of a minor
girl with intellectual disability (moderate) after subjecting her to
series of acts of rape ... girl aged between 11 to 12 years having
moderate intellectual disability. Facts, according to the counsel, clearly
indicate that the deceased was subjected to rape
filled with persons with benchmark disabilities of which, one per cent. each shall be reserved for persons with benchmark disabilities under clauses ... leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy; (d) autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness; (e) multiple disabilities from amongst persons
