the students can complete the courses, but upon completion of their
studies, they can pursue their internship in recognized institutions
and obtain degree ... those students who have not only completed their M.B.B.S.
course, but also complete their internship as permitted by this
Court, they shall
compete for the M.B.B.S. Course and having already completed the said
Course, for the purpose of admission in the Postgraduate Course ... Course
and has passed out successfully and completed the internship course.
The writ petition is allowed, but there shall be no order as to
costs
Medical Colleges pursuant to the Court's orders, they have
completed their internship, some of them have appeared in the Common
Entrance Test
Gujarat
Medical Council for their approval for the purpose of internship of
the students concerned. The Gujarat Medical Council in turn may make
the proposal ... shall be completed within ten days from the date of
receipt of communication of this order.
6. On
completion of the internship, the respondents will
completed his
final MBBS from Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College in the year 2009
and at present he is doing his 'Internship
