"......on 30.9.2013, he and his cousin Vikash son of Jagdev Singh were
going to attend their classes at Nav Jyoti Sr.Sec. School
about 2:15 p.m., a secret informer divulged that Jagdev Singh @ Jaggi and his
brother Parminder Singh @ Meena, Mandeep Singh @ Mika son of Pindu ... being driven by him but by the co-accused Jagdev Singh.
3.1 He also submits that nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner
that Jagdev Singh @
Jaggi and his brother Parminder Singh @ Meena (petitioner), Mandeep
Singh @ Mika son of Pindu, Sonu Ghalaut and Harpreet Singh, in
connivance with ... effected, was not
being driven by him but by co-accused Jagdev Singh. Petitioner was not
aware of contents of car and was just sitting
inter-alia pleadings
that some charges are due from the colonizer Jagdev Singh.
The ground so mentioned by the defendants is totally false and
baseless ... license U/S 5 of
PAPR Act 1995 to Sh. Jagdev Singh for 9.77 Acre Colony Friends Enclave at
village Tafazalpura, Distt. Patiala
pending against him.
4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Jagdev
Singh,opposes the bail petition. She states that huge amount is involved
other hand, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagdev
Singh opposes the bail petition. He submits that petitioners have committed a serious
offence
