(11) Mr. Sengupta submitted that Judicial comity warrants that the same
order be passed by this Court. It cannot ... simply dismissed. However, two High Courts have taken a view and Judicial
comity warrants that the same view be taken by this Court. He further

there is what may properly be termed a judicial comity

This judgment, If I may say so with respect, lays down
ratiocinative process must be sus-pended. True, that Constitutional prescription and judicial comity require highest respect be paid to decision of the Supreme Court
only harmful to the administration of this court, but to the judicial comity between the judges of this Court. I would suggest the following steps
entitled to the same treatment on the
principles of Judicial comity & discipline.
