medically unfit on the ground of Keloid on a
particular part of body. However, in reference
to a document ... page 24 of the writ petition it
is submitted that Keloid ought not to be
considered as a valid ground to declare a
candidate medically

about 1/1/2 inches with one depressed scar with keloid on the
lateral aspect of the right forearm measuring about 6 inches
