prepared under Section ... Khasra' is described as follows:
"Khasra is a register recording the incidents of a tenure and is a
historical record. Khasra would serve
Mallaiah as Khatadar. However, as per the
endorsement made in the Khasra Pahani (1954-55) there is a remark that the
lands of late Raja ... name of late Raja. However, it is alleged that in the
Khasra Pahani, S.No.613 is rounded up, which does not convey any meaning
interest or title over the said land. So far as the Khasra Pahani of 1954-55 is concern, the comment is that it does ... encroacher. It is further stated that in the last page of Khasra Pahani, in which the names of unauthorised occupants are mentioned, including Jqffer

would also establish that the land granted to Khaja Jalal
delivery receipt. Ex.A11 is the certified copy of khasra pahani for 1954-55. A part of the land was also acquired for railway ... lower Court failed to rely on the entries in the khasra pahani showing the patta for all the lands in the names of the plaintiffs
